Biodiesel Production
Producing and using advanced biofuels like waste vegetable oil is much better for the environment than burning fossil fuels like gasoline and diesel. Vegetable oil produces fewer harmful emissions during production and combustion. In addition, the production of vegetable oil is energy efficient. Independent studies show that for every one unit of fossil energy put into the production of soy-based vegetable oil, the yield is 3.5 units of energy out.
